Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations or Skips after 6pm Monday, following week’s order.
In order to create your meals each week our team starts sourcing our fresh produce immediately after orders lock at Monday 6pm. Once the ingredients for your order have started to be sourced, we are unable to accept cancellations after this point.
Should the below situations occur a CREDIT will be provided:
- Cancellation Policy not adhered to
- Operational Error
- Incorrect Information provided by customer
- Courier Delays
- Undelivered items sent via courier
Please note that refunds or credits will not be processed for accidental orders or change of mind.
Any credit applied to your account will be valid for up to 6 calendar months, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
We process all refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank’s processes, it can take as little as a few hours or up to 10 business days for a refund to appear back in your account.
Orders outside of Christchurch get delivered via a third party courier company. Once your parcel leaves our kitchen it is in the couriers hands to get this to you safe and sound. If your package does not arrive on time, please check your track and trace and contact the courier then send us an email, in this circumstance you will be offered a credit or a 50% refund from us.
